Terms of Use

Not medical advice

Tinnitus Clarified is an independent information resource, not a medical provider. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis or a personalized treatment recommendation, and using it doesn't create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a licensed audiologist, ENT, or physician for decisions about your own health, particularly for new, worsening, one-sided, or pulsatile tinnitus, or tinnitus with hearing loss or dizziness.

Getting in touch

There are no comments, accounts or user profiles on this site. The contact form is the only way to send us anything, and nothing you send is published. If you think something here is wrong, that is the route — we log genuine corrections publicly on the corrections page.

Sound library

Every sound in the library is synthesized locally in your browser and free to use. There are no uploaded or streamed tracks, so there is no third-party audio here to raise a rights question about. Anything else: ask@tinnitusclarified.com.

No warranty, limited liability

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We make a good- faith effort to keep content accurate and sourced, but we don't guarantee completeness or that it applies to your specific situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tinnitus Clarified isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR US STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country or state where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
